Preliminary eligibility
The check uses your answers to identify readiness and possible obstacles. It does not inspect your title, verify your site or grant any approval. A positive result is not a guarantee that a dwelling can be built or occupied, or that finance or insurance is available.
Builder introductions
A request is reviewed by Tiny Home Guru Oz. An introduction is subject to project suitability and builder availability; no match or response time is guaranteed. With your consent, we may refer you to one builder only. Builders pay us for referrals; there is no referral charge to you and no obligation to engage them.
Your building decision
Tiny Home Guru Oz is not your builder, certifier or contracting agent. Check the proposed contractor’s licence, insurance, references, scope and terms independently. Any building agreement is directly between you and the contractor. A referral does not guarantee workmanship, pricing, approvals or an outcome.
Calculators, templates and sources
Examples and calculator allowances are estimates, not quotes. Replace assumptions with current evidence. Templates need adapting to your circumstances. Original edition dates and source references remain relevant; making material free does not make older figures current.

Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
